Also was involved with the design and layout of Facilities, Tools and Assembly lines used in the projects previously mentioned.

Jim Farmer's Real Estate Inspections is a Commercial/Industrial and Residential inspection company dedicated to quality and service. Jim Farmer's Real Estate Inspections has been in the business since 1978 and has done in excess of over 30,000 commercial/Industrial and residential inspections, with Mr. Farmer doing in excess of over 20,000 inspections himself. It is this company's philosophy that continuing education is the key to a good inspection. Our inspectors are required to at least 4 times a year attend seminars and schooling to further their education, and keep up with State, County, and City Regulations and Standards.

In order to do a fair and impartial inspection, JIM FARMER LEGAL SUPPORT & EXPERT WITNESS SERVICE will not accept any repair work. We adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association and Chapter 9.3 Sections 7195 through 7199 of Division 3 of the California Business and Professions Code relating to Home Inspections. These standards and codes define the duty and conditions, limitations, and exclusions, of the inspection. Client(s) may review a copy of the CREIA standards and Business and Professions Codes linked from this site.

Jim Farmer is a CREIA FELLOW, a Master CREIA Inspector #0004 in good standing with CREIA. He has served in every position on the State Board of Directors. Mr. Farmer is a current member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and member of the Coalition of California Home Inspectors (CCHI). He is also an Associate Member of the International Code Council (ICC), and the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), Jim Farmer was an Arbitrator with Arbitration & Mediation International (AMI) for the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and is currently an industry expert for the California State License Board and several attorneys.
